Monthly meetings
in nine major Australian cities
These meetings provide an excellent
opportunity to meet and socialise with other
traders in your local area. Each meeting
includes a presentation by an industry
recognised speaker and all meetings are free for

Bi-monthly
journal
The ATAA Journal is printed, bound and
delivered to your home. The journal
includes over 40 pages of articles covering a
variety of trading methodologies and markets.
A journal archive is also available for purchase

Extensive video
library
Members in Australia and New Zealand may
borrow titles from the ATAA video library, which
contains several hundred educational videos and
DVDs. Videos are borrowed and returned via

Annual national
conference
The ATAA hosts an annual conference to allow
traders from around the country to meet and hear
selected industry experts from Australia and
around the world speak on a variety of trading

Technical Analysis
Education
ATAA members are
exempt from paying the administration fee when
enrolling in FIN231, which is a technical
analysis subject offered by Kaplan Professional.
This subject offers students a sound education
in a range of techniques and methods. ATAA
members are also entitled to enrol in IFTA's Certified
Financial Technician (CFTe) program and the
Master of Financial Technical Analysis (MFTA)

International
Affiliation
The ATAA is
affiliated with the International Federation of
Technical Analysts (IFTA) which helps members keep
abreast of international markets and techniques. All
ATAA members are therefore colleagues of IFTA and
are bound by the IFTA
code of ethics.
