10:40am Peter Furner - Trading the Right Edge of the Chart
ln this presentation Peter will discuss how he prepares for the trading day and will demonstrate his intraday approach using charts from a variety of Markets.

11:30am: Max Knobel - Eating the FX Elephant One Bite At A Time
Max will detail her experience of learning to scalp the FX market, including the lessons she learned (good, bad and ugly) and the breakthroughs she made on this journey and how these experiences have made her a better trader. She will then take you step by step through her complete trading plan and share the different strategies that she finds work for her as a discretionary trader. Although based on FX trading, the lessons contained in this presentation are applicable to most instruments.

Max Knobel is the current secretary of the Canberra Chapter and the past ATAA National Vice President. She is an independent consultant specialising in communications, technical writing and training. She manages her SMSF as an active investor and trades FX short-term in the evenings to fit in with her day job.
